"Premier was great to work with. Very communicative when scheduling, gathering quotes and learning about roofing options and warranties. Their scheduler (Samantha), the sales rep (Mike), and owner (Ricardo Yuly) were all nice to speak with and very accommodating to questions. Company offered several options in regards to shingles and warranties, and they explained the differences and associated pricing. They also offered several payment options. The installation team arrived on time and was courteous, including contacting us before they parked to ensure we can move our car if needed. The work was done timely and well including clearing the old roof, installing the new roof, and cleaning debris."

"I have a small roof that is in good shape and wanted a professional roofer to reseal around the chimney flashing and replace any missing or damaged shingles prior to sale. <br>Bill not only resealed the flashing but also resealed the other vents and caulked a crack in the chimney mortar.  He carried shingles in several colors with him so the one or two shingles he replaced were a close match to the existing shingles. <br>Additionally, he wrote an assessment of the roof on his invoice that I will be able to use during the sale. <br>Quite a lot more than expected and I will absolutely call him when needed again. <br>"

"Review of work done by Summit Roofing Company, Manassas, Virginia On two different occasions in August 2020, I called Summit Roofing Company to repair flashing issues on two parts of my roof. Their were two separate teams of two workers who fixed both problems cause by an aging roof; both were leaks. In each case, the responsiveness was excellent for the repairs needed. They were very respectful of the health issues going on with Covid 19 and we were able to identify exactly where the roof issues were without putting me at any health risk. They were able to take pictures before and after their work so I could see the finished product on the roof. I researched local costs and they were certainly very competitive and reasonable. They cleaned up after the job which made my wife and I very happy. Being a long time Manassas resident, I have routinely heard of only good references about this company. A consumer saying I have heard for years, namely, "the bitterness of poor quality and service remains long after the sweetness of low-price" has been advice I take strongly before I make a decision on a company.
