Customer service is very important to me when doing any work to our home, which is our biggest investment. I called and spoke with Cat Vaillancourt to set up an appointment. We met with sales rep Jose Luna, who conducted a thorough inspection and found the leak easily. His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional. The meeting included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. "The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. "Mr. Cook responded promptly to my request for an estimate on my roofing job. He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."

"After 3 decades of every few years replacing various pieces of rotted wood trim on our house with PVC I decided to take the leap and replace all the wood trim that had the potential to rot all at once. LCT Construction had just done an excellent job replacing my roof and I picked them for the trim work. The salesman James who I worked with was more knowledgeable than all the others I've dealt with, was direct when discussing various options and details, and was committed to doing quality work. It's hard to judge these days, but I think their price was very reasonable. At the beginning of the work James came by and we reviewed exactly what was to be done to make sure there were no misunderstandings. The day before work started they dropped off the material they needed for the job along with a dumpster (with wood under the skids to protect the driveway) for the discarded wood. The workers were here every week day with the exception of 1 rainy day even on days in late November when it was very cold until the job was complete. Each day they started around 8:00 am and didn't leave until it got dark, and they cleaned up before they left. All my interaction with everyone on the crew was friendly and relaxed and we were happy to have them around. On the last day they cleaned everything up and removed the dumpster that evening. Every aspect of their work was excellent. I'm no expert, but I've had a lot of trim repaired over the years and this is the best I've seen. I couldn't ask for better workmanship. During the work they discovered some rot that needed to be repaired. They did it for a reasonable charge, and there was never any attempt to up sell or expand the scope of work. The only negative was that they told me the day before the agreed starting date that they needed to slip by 2 weeks. I wish that hadn't occurred but compared to everything else it's not significant. If I ever need trim or roofing work again I'll definitely contact LTC. They were completely professional and easy to work with, did exactly what they said they'd do with no hassle, and I couldn't ask for a better result. I recommend them without reservation for any roof or trim work."
