Outside of that, their trade skills were outstanding (I'm a regional maintenance advisor for a Fortune 100 company, so I know) and they were even careful about noise because I was in a lot of meetings that day. Just outstanding from start to finish. Ira, the job lead made intros and followed up. Mark feels like a family friend. Wouldn't use ANYONE else."

"One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."

"I was trying to help a small black business but was received poor materialized product that continues to grow worse by the month. I bought a door with side lites and blinds within the side lites and the paint is fading away from inside the glass of my side lites. I paid $800+ (which was an addition to the product) to have the blinds built inside the glass. I bought this product in year 2021 and didn't expect for this product to begin to look as it's been up for 20 years. This product was meant to beautify my home as it is my front entry door and now it beginning to look medicore which is very upsetting. I'm writing this review for someone to think twice before they buy from this small black own business. I've tried to rectify in-person and the owner blamed it on China as he didn't know what kind of material they use. Then he (the owner) began to give me a talk off as he purchased his products from Home Depot from their disgruntled or buyerâ s remorsed customers. This is BULL****! I paid good money and expected a good and long lasting product. As he originally sold me on the fact that they make their products â in-house.â Now all he can tell me that we just put the frame around the glass. Thereâ s nothing he can do. This business has not performed to my expected standards."

Jeff contacted me back very promptly and we discussed the needed repairs. Jeff was truly an answer to prayer after many months of having to struggle with the insurance claims process (Allstate is deplorable). We talked on multiple occasions to make sense of the insurance estimate and make selections to put my parents house back in order, and my parents were very pleased with him and his subs. They did an excellent job with insulation, drywall repair, new carpet, new LVT, painting, trim work, door replacement, toilet and faucet replacement, closet repair, and so much more that Iâ m sure Iâ m missing. "I have given him one star simply because he showed up. Joseph came here upon request because he was sent photos. Upon receiving the photos he provided an estimate. Once he arrived and realized the job did not require what he originally quoted, he said out of his mouth that the job was not worth what he originally quoted. He continued to push for the original estimate even after admitting that the job was not worth this. He mentioned feed his family which had nothing to do with repairing my bi-fold door. After negotiating and reminding him of what he just said about the repairs not being worth $320, we settled on $250. He put caulk on the hole in the door which is fine.. and he said he would be replacing the hardware on the door. No hardware was replaced. We get to the end where it’s time to pay. I asked him in text (I have proof) which payment method he would accept. He said he would accept discover card. He gets here and now he wants cash or zelle. He seemed as though he was slightly irritated that I had to go and withdraw the cash to send. If he had properly identified what I asked and what he responded to, he would’ve received the payment a lot sooner. Moral of this, be careful who you book for repairs. I will NOT be using this service again."
