"I had a walk through with Mr. Dion showing him my concerns, wishes and also the report of my recent home inspection. He worked up a very thorough and easy to understand proposal. The proposal was listed in sections with each priced for the work and materials. I could then choose which I wanted to do at this time. After considering the proposal, I contacted Mr. Dion and we contracted in writing what work would be done. Then I was given a start date and a finish date. This was handled in person by Mr. Dion and signed. <br /> The work started on time and his subs arrived in a timely manner, were respectful and cleaned up after themselves each day. I was contacted by Mr. Dion each day at least once to keep me informed on the progress of the work and if any changes were needed by his workers or by me. I added the addition of storm doors in the middle of the projects and he added that work for me with new bids and information. <br /> The complete work started on a Monday and was finished on Friday of the same week. I had to move into the premises on Thursday and everyone worked together to make this happen as the work went on. <br /> I feel Mr. Dion is extremely knowledgeable, has great subcontractors to work with and is very concerned about the welfare of his clients and the work he does for them.
