They also removed a tree that was crowding the foundation of our house. We didn't even know what we needed, and they told us exactly what needed to be done. They cut the trees up into firewood for us. They were generously flexible with the cost, as we couldn't afford the initial quote for all 3 trees we had initially asked about. We will definitely be hiring them again for that last tree this summer!"

"After first inspection called and specifically asked for moth protection as previous year had some moth. The person scheduling appointment didn't pass  it on to the tech and he arrived with not enough moth protectors. Just 2 instead of at least 6 (4 closets in bedrooms, basement and attic storage spaces). This was in the end of the contract and there was no availability until the contract was over.

"They delivered the mulch on time. However they will not put the mulch in the yard, it must be on the driveway. The delivery man informed me that the Owner wouldn't allow it because he had a truck sink in a yard more than likely in a shallow septic system leaching field. I could understand that as long as the homeowner didn't know their own yard. It just made it very difficult for me being a 60+ year old to shovel it onto a wheelbarrow and get it across the yard. Other than that, the mulch is of excellent quality and lasted quite a long time."

"Sawyer Services was prompt with an estimate, on time to begin and on time to complete the job.  The crew was very, very good and worked hard the entire time they were on site.  Since it was not possible to get their truck into the backyard where the work was being done, the crew had to haul all the branches and cut wood around to the house to their truck by hand.  I was really impressed with the climber's skill at climbing the trees, rigging safety lines and swinging from the top of one to the top of another big tree, to safely and efficiently complete the high level clean-up.
