"He is extremely attentive to your needs . What he says will happen , does! He keeps all appointments and thoroughly explains what he plans to do. He is one of the most reliable, ethical , conscience businessman I have ever dealt with. I have recommended him to friends . He actually went out of his way to help Ill friends deal with their generator problems even though he had not installed it. He made arrangements for someone to fix the generator when he was not able. Highly recommended !"

"Jeramey was on time and professional and worked quickly. He installed everything I needed for a detached shed and mini split heat pumps for the house. He also fit in some smaller projects like making several electrical boxes around the house that were wiggling nice and tight again. I had previously tried to fix those myself, and the repair didn't last long. He listened well, and made appropriate recommendations. All his work has stood the test of time. I will rehire him for future projects as he has earned my trust."

"I had a wiring problem with my landline and the whole process was pretty easy, from scheduling an appointment, to speaking with customer service, to the repair. When the technician came to do the repair it took longer than he expected to find the problem, but he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He made the repair and everything appeared to be working, but after he left, I discovered a hum on the line. I called customer service and since the technician was still in the area, he was able to come back within an hour and fixed the hum in 10 minutes. Everything is working great now."

"Ed and his team were incredibly professional, transparent, and honest throughout the entire process, from installation to handling the rebate process and permits. Their pricing is reasonable, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend West Electric for anyone's EV charger installation needs."

"If you are looking for an excellent electrician, start with this company first! I found Ben to be knowledgeable and professional. He did an inspection of our electrical issues and came back promptly and took care of the repairs. He made sure that everything was safe. I also feel that he did not overcharge me. He promptly provided a report to the Bldg Inspector, which was required for occupancy after our fire."

"He's been the best electrician I've ever dealt with. I was extremely impressed and shocked. not only did he do a phenomenal job, but it's immaculate. There is not a little bit of wire sitting standing anywhere. He cleaned up, he was lovely, he didn't talk much, but you know, he was very busy all day because our entire electrical panel had been blown out from that storm. This is the 1st time since July 4 that we have not been sitting in our house with the lights flashing on and off."

"Kevin was great. I called him with a few questions about the process and he was able to answer them quickly and accurately. He was also able to schedule me and get the job done quickly. I would highly recommend St. Lawrence Electric."
