We are registered and insured in New York State. We never cut-corners with the quality of our product. Since we do a good mix of both government, DOT, and private work, we only use products from companies that have a good historical track record with New York State. We do not water our sealer down beyond manufacture specification. We also add quick-dry additives and sand to our mix that drastically reduces drying time, increases durability, and increases traction for the lot.
