"I could not be any happier with the job max and Walterâ  s masonry just completed at my home in Worcester. My wife suffered a massive stroke in March and is currently confined to a wheelchair. I needed concrete stairs removed and the existing concrete walkway dug up and re-graded to better accommodate a wheelchair, then re-poured. I also needed a retaining wall built to hold back the newly exposed earth that resulted from the digging/re-grade. I had someone lined up to do this job but they bailed on me at the last minute. Luckily max who stepped in and did a masterful job, at a cost I could afford. I would highly recommend these guys in a heartbeat. They really bailed me out because my wife was literally trapped inside our house until those concrete stairs were removed and the new concrete ramp and retaining wall was completed. "Warren Sawyer and his crew are not just professional and competent landscapers - they are also artists. After first removing several large tree stumps, they graded the property, installed drainage pipes and granite steps.  Working with the terrain, they sculpted our land to create a terraced pathway with stone steps that blend naturally into the look of our property. Additionally, they created beautiful curved planting beds, a bluestone patio and walkway areas with organic shapes, and seeded the lawn.  After our initial meeting with Warren, he returned with a preliminary plan.  During all meetings and discussions about the plan and the work, he thoughtfully listened to us and provided guidance and expertise in a collaborative manner that facilitated a very pleasing end result.  He and his team always answered our many questions in a professional manner, educating us about our various options. Warren presented a clearly written statement of work so that all parties knew what was included in the job. We (not Adams Landscaping) had some timing/logistical issues which required some of the work to be done in phases, and they worked with us and our schedule to complete the items as agreed. At our initial meeting, we had asked if our yard could be saved.  We can enthusiastically say that it has been and we are enjoying our new and very improved professionally and artistically landscaped property. "The team at Rodenhiser is highly recommended. I hired them to fill my yard over the process of about 6 months (we lost count on the yardage of fill, but it was probably around 2000yards). This only stopped when it was too wet to drive the trucks out to dump fill. After the fill was done, Rodenhiser loamed and graded my lawn the following spring. Throughout this time, I found that I was excited to see the truck drivers, equipment operators, and Bill Rodenhiser each time they stopped by to dump fill or move earth. I made the comment to my friends/family/coworkers that sometimes I think that Bill is more excited to landscape my yard than I am! I also spent a little time working with Bill on my yard, so I got to know him a bit.
