"This was not an easy project as it turned out. It was for half the roof but as it turned out the thing was done. Once the roof was uncovered we found joists that were rotted and required replacement. When checking the other side there was no water and ice barrier at all and had a small rotted place so the whole roof was done. When repairing the roof, either a rotted timber or a human foot came through the ceiling inside. This we had repaired for $750.00 yesterday. Steve was very accommodating in repairing the roof and assisting us in other things. He put on GAF shingles but told us there was not a warranty lifetime nor have we received any paperwork from GAF.
