The Sotos crew placed down wood to protect the sod around the areas they were working and during the concrete pour put up plastic sheeting to protect the surrounding area. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. They matched finish texture to the adjoining concrete and blends well with the existing concrete in both locations. "They replaced sections of our sidewalk and driveway apron. They were prompt and the work looks great. Pricing was fair. They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

"Bill and his crew did a good job to put a stamped concrete patio in our backyard. There were on time and finished as promised. They could have done a better job cleaning afterwards. The steps to the patio could have had a better finish look. For now the work is acceptable. I would still recommend them for the work."

"They started work promptly and continued over a 3 day period. The crew consisted of 4 hard-working and conscientious painters. Their focus upon surface preparation was promised up-front and carried out by means of a low-pressure wash and abundant use of an elastomeric (flexible) caulk at any irregularities in the surfaces along with the window sashes. Their use of masking non-wood/masonry areas and all windows and doors resulted in a finished product free of paint smudges and drips. Their crew has obviously been together for a long period as they worked quickly and efficiently together. I also contracted for a cleaning of our concrete driveway and sidewalk; their rotary brush with cleaning additives really did a great job as a result of their specialized equipment and application. Their work was very high quality at a fair price; other estimates I obtained were peppered with 'not-included' and 'extras' but this company's proposal mostly consisted of a straightforward statement of 'we will paint your house and do a great job- and they did! They came to me by a referral from a friend who shared my same sentiments and led me to call them. At this time they have one crew and If there is a wait for them to start your job, I say it will be worth the wait."

"Roger came out quickly and assessed the issue. He informed me that a cleaning chemical, more than likely, "soaked" into the granite and made our black granite look gray....he doubted it was fixable. He did stay and attempted to dye it numerous times, but the damage/etching was too severe."

"Ryan Fowler, owner of Jackson Concrete, met with us a few months before our pool construction began. He looked at our existing stamped concrete patio and agreed that he could match the new patio around the pool with the same stamped look as well as the color. We met again with Ryan to draw out the patio around the pool using a spray can. He patiently worked with us for an hour that evening, while we adjusted the look of the patio, rubbing out the spray paint and making changes. He measured and we made more adjustments based on our budget. At last we had an outline with spray paint of how we wanted it to look. The following day, Ryan and his crew came and layed out the borders of the patio. Ryan suggested having the portion of the new patio stamped with a red brick border to separate the new patio from the old patio and to tie in the red brick on our home. The end results of that suggestion was really fantastic! The next day, a concrete truck came with Ryan and his crew and they got to work pouring and stamping our new patio around our pool. The following day, the patio was cleaned and sealed. We are so completely happy with the way the stamped concrete turned out! It's beautiful! Ryan was fantastic to work with.
