"Steve replaced three smoke detectors, one CO detector and one combination smoke and CO detector that I purchased. He also replaced an outlet that wasn’t working and installed a combination outlet and light switch where there was only a light switch. His brother-in-law helped him with the smoke detectors because he had shoulder surgery and wasn’t able to hold his arms up for any length of time. They were very professional and easy to work with. Sorry to take so long to review."

Another company wanted to charge me $450 just to replace the broken line under the driveway. At no charge Quality Irrigation even put in a second new sleeve under my driveway in case I ever had another problem or wanted to pull a wire for outside landscape lighting. "These guys were truly exceptional. We were hesitant to even get an estimate from them because, since all they do is lighting, we figured they would be significantly more expensive than a landscaping company. We were wrong, they actually came in lower than both quotes we got from landscapers. I would say that they gave us a fair price, simple as that. The work they did was incredibly artistic. They have it down to a science and they nailed everything we asked them to. They came back out twice to make minor adjustments in a reasonable amount of time, and would have come back as many times as we needed. One thing to note, their fixtures all have lifetime warranties. You simply will not get anywhere near that from a landscaper. The wiring they did in the garage where they placed the control panel was immaculate. Totally professional looking. The installer was really approachable, wanted us to be happy (you could tell). This company does a demonstration at your home before you agree to anything, and I highly recommend that. The project in its permanent state looks better than the demo but it really gives you an idea of what they can do and what it is like to work with them. Can't recommend them highly enough. If you're doing a lighting project, make sure you call them. <br />"

"We hired Trace and his crew to not only remodel our kitchen, but basically to transform the entire first floor of our home. This project included removing a weight bearing wall dividing our kitchen and front room and consolidating it to one open space, remodeling a fireplace, and updating a half bath and laundry room. Trace was great to work with from initial discussions and design ideas, through working with engineers to ensure structural integrity, and bringing in other electrical and HVAC professionals to assist with this project. His crew is great to work with and have superior skills shown by the custom made lockers for the laundry room and mantel and shelves on our new fireplace. Their attention to detail and quality are second to none. Once the project began as planned, the crew was on the job every day until completed. You hear stories of contractors starting a job then leaving for weeks at a time wondering if they will ever come back, leaving your home in disarray, but this is NEVER the case with Trace and his crew. This was a major project that took just about 6 weeks of actual construction time, and I couldn't be happier with their performance and our new kitchen/living space. I highly recommend TAB for any service they offer as their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction far exceeds any expectations."
