"Contractors arrived on time. Lead was very polite and helpful. Work crew did not speak English, only Spanish. They were very polite though. Picked up after the job. Took care to not make a huge mess while completing the work. Knew what they were doing. First day install was suppose to happen it was raining so when they arrived we rescheduled so that rain would not enter the house during removal and install of new windows. After install lead walked me through how all the windows worked, got me all the proper paperwork. <br /> <br /> <br />Matt from Pella was fantastic. Came out and did home consult. Very polite, friendly, professional. Followed up after install and we were able to call him through out to have questions answered which was great. <br /> <br />We are enjoying our new windows. We no longer have ice build up inside our windows and water damage from the dampness on the inside of them. As our old windows gave us both of those problems. The outside noise has been reduced which is a huge plus, having PTSD it is incredibly nice to not hear the sirens wail as loudly every Saturday when they are being tested, not to mention how much cooler the inside of our home is during the warm summer months with the sun pouring in through our windows. <br /> <br />I use the AC less in the summer. But our bills have not gone down. Our walls have no insulation in them though. But we have added insulation in attic, which previously had none, along with the new windows. Once I have insulation blown into the walls and air leaks are stopped there, I am sure I will see a energy savings. <br /> <br />However we do NOT regret the windows at all. They were one of the best investments. The house stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer even without using the AC or furnace. <br />"

"Benjamin Spradley is phenomenal! He called to give set up an appointment, was there the next day, gave a REALLY great price considering the work to be done. Came early the next week to finish removal of old tile, after time for leveling agent to dry, came back and installed the new tile. Benjamin Spradley is great - on-time, keeps you informed if he will be late, did incredible work. In addition, when grouting, he found a defective tile he hadn't caught, removed it and replaced it and you would never know it had happened. If you don't hire Spradley Services to do your work, you are missing one of the great contractors in Oklahoma City. Hire this guy!"

We needed to have the house reroofed because we received a excellent offer on the home but it was contingent on the reroofing.  </p> <p>I had heard many good things about EL Construction.  I contacted the owner Eddie Layba and he had a very competitive estimate, but more importantly he would start that day or the next.  I was glad to know that EL Construction was a licensed roofing contractor, bonded, and insured.  I discovered that they contract on very large projects, but also handle smaller projects like mine.   The company is very efficient and take pride in they're work and customer service.</p> <p>They used the best material, cleaned up the yard after removing the multiple layers of old roof, put down a high quality underlayment, reroofed the house, with new drip mental, added two greatly needed wind turbine wind vents, and I noticed they also repainted all the stand pipes coming out of the roof to match the new roof.</p> <p>I also appreciated that the work crew had a great attitude, very upbeat, civil, and diligent.</p> <p>Wow!
