"I have been using “Guaranteed Greener Grass” since a friend recommended them in the Spring of 2017. I was traveling for work and could not maintain my lawn the way I had in the past. In 2016 I hired “True Green” and found out that they quickly let my lawn go into disrepair. True Green never lived up to their advertised standards. After discontinuing service with them in the Spring of 2017, Guaranteed Greener Grass revived my lawn to the same standards I had works so hard to maintain over the previous 14 years of doing it myself. Now that I am retired I still continue to enjoy the convenience of having my lawn cared for by Guaranteed Greener Grass. I have had the same technician since I started their service. They are always on time with their applications and have answered all of my questions and concerns. My lawn never looked better!"

"EDIT: Apparently there was a misunderstanding based on the email I received. From the text of the email it seemed that this company said it was not economical for them to cut my lawn, when they meant it was not economical for me. I received a call and was able to explain this previous review and was informed of why it was determined to not be economical. I do appreciate that and I will consider this company in the future. My only comment is that the customer should be the one to determine whether a job is economical or not. I was in need of service and willing to pay. Unfortunately for them I found another provider. <br /> <br /> I requested a quote for service, but 3 days later received an e-mail saying it would not be economical for them to do work in my area. Yet, they state they conduct service from Virginia Beach to Williamsburg. The last I checked Portsmouth is within that area. I find this funny since just last year they came out and quoted me a price. Maybe they shouldn't falsely advertise their service area so that way people don't waste their time."

"I am a steady customer of theirs. Their service has been good, and that is why I have stayed with them. They have already called me to see if I am ready to do the winterization yet, and I am not. It was about $250 to aerate the lawn and sow the grass, and it is about $50 each time they come out. I think their price is about average; it is neither cheaper nor any more expensive. I am sure there are people that are much more expensive; however, I don't have a whole lot of things to compare it to. They are very responsive. Carl Peake generally services my account, and he is very good. The quality of work is extra good, and their professionalism is perfect. They come when they say they are going to come. I would use them again in the future; in fact, I think I have got a leak in one of my pipes, so I need to call them."
