The Company contact said there was nothing they could do about it because it wasn't within 24 hours per the contract, but they could send out someone at a 20% discount to do the work that was missed. I let them know that was a convenient clause for people who are moving and cannot always be there within 24 hours. The offer to come back at 20% off was insulting and no cash compensation has been offered. I paid 675 including a good faith tip and give it a 2 out of 5. Now I'm in quite a pickle having to do all of this myself."
