"Texas Tree Team reviewed my requested scope of work, visited property and then presented me with a professional quote, describing what they would do, in terms an arborist would use and with respect to what I wanted done. They also provided their proof of insurance. Their price was lower than two other services I contacted and the communication was more professional. When the day came for service, the tenant or a neighbor had parked a pickup truck under the tree and the Team called me. My tenant was not at home so I suggested the Tree Team see if the truck belonged to neighbors. Tree Team leader told me he'd 'make it work', and he did. After completion, I was presented with pictures of before and after service (I am in another state) and the invoice. I would definitely hire Texas Tree Team again."

They designed a complete backyard for my home that was built a little over a year ago. In addition to the landscaping they extended my existing porch with pavers, built a fire pit with surrounding bench, and installed a custom water feature. They were able to figure out exactly what I wanted with just their initial consultation. I only made two minor changes to their original design. The plants gave me an array of leaf color and shape and were beyond my expectations. Their crew was punctual, efficient, and incredibly talented. "I have done business with IOE for almost a decade and as I had them do more projects the more frustrated I became. It was a different and much better company under the original owner Bret. Since Cory has taken over, all he does is make the sell and send you the bill. When I have an issue, it will take him over a week to respond. In a recent project I hired IOE for was to replace my fence. The installers used too long of nails which came through on the neighbors side. My neighbor shared his concern for safety and when I contacted Cory, it took him 3 days to respond and longer than a week to resolve. I don't know if they have gotten too busy but when you spend money you expect them to respond especially when it is regarding safety. If you hire IOE here is what you can expect: expensive cost, long/poor response times and a laundry list of excuses from Cory. I would not recommend."

He presented himself in a very professional fashion when he came to quote on Spring clean-up and weekly lawn care. When the crew who came out for the Spring clean-up and first mowing did not meet the standards Chris and I agreed to, he was out within a couple of days to tend to the yard himself.
