"Hilario is a very thoughtful person and very mindful of his customers and business. During the estimate he advised us of our options and we settled on what was to be done. He gave us a start date and his guys showed up on time on the date we were told. Cleaning and preparations of the plaster service were completed on that day. Hilario was either on the job or in contact with us every day to lead us through the process. He kept us up to date on each step. We actually changed our minds about which surface we wanted in our pool and he made the change immediately without any time changes to the schedule. During the last step we decided we wanted to replace our fiber optic pool light with something more modern. Hilario told us if our options and helped us decide what would work the best for our pool. Hilario actually did the light replacement himself and did a great job installing the our new LED pool light. The new light is programmable so he ran is through the instructions. This guy is really on the ball and treated us great by keeping in touch during each step. My wife is picky and she even said he did a great job for a very reasonable price. When we had other companies here for estimates they tried to gouge us for every little thing. I hate that kind of treatment. Hilario still keeps in touch asking how everything is going with his work. "This is my second time using Ricky's services. We communicated via text to arrange appointment time. He provided 4 hour window for service and text his arrival time 30 min before. Once arriving he and I walked the lawn & he listened to my concerns & desires for improvement. He took time to educate me on the condition of my lawn and ways to improve. His improvement suggestions were all DIY options. At the end he mentioned he does offer extended services for lawn care beyond aeration if I want to consider outsourcing. "We had a great experience with Always Green Landscaping. They arrived on time and finished the job by the end of the day. I had a backyard of about 1,000 square feet full of 2-inch rocks that when about 4 to 6 inches deep throughout the backyard. The previous owner of our house had put in an Asian themed zen garden. We wanted grass for our dog.
I tried doing the work myself and barely cleared anything. By mid afternoon they had cleared all of the rocks, leveled the ground and started to lay soil of the sod. I have a beautiful backyard where my dog can run around and go to the bathroom without us having to put him on a leash every time.
We really enjoyed the quality of work. It was very easy to communicate. Would highly recommend for landscaping. If I have another landscaping project, they'll be the first one's I'll call.
