Yes, we admit it. We’re tree huggers. Given the amount of attention normally paid to our leafy friends, it’s a wonder some don’t have an inferiority complex. We’ve been giving the trees and shrubs of Ann Arundel County and surrounding areas a lot of TLC for nearly 30 years. We know what they need to thrive and show off their natural beauty. "Your company was third to give me a quote. It was so much cheaper than others I had to ask three times if it was for tree removal & stump. There was a delay in getting started as I was having driveway paved and it was pending the weather. As it turned out the paving company had showed up same day as service for tree & was told they could come back following Monday. For some unknown reason you guys didn't return so was desperate on finding you again because I was not given a card or firm date for service. As it turned out after several calls I found your service contact again and even with rain the night before, your guys were there bright & early. The tree and stump & tree was removed, everything was cleaned so good you couldn't even see there was a tree there before. I will definitely use your company again on other properties and highly recommend your service to anyone who is looking. Thanks for a well done job. "

Arrived promptly for estimate and emailed it immediately. they charge $600 and had other estimates for $900, $100 and $1400 for same job! sent out Miss utility and once that was complete they were ready to c ome out the next day. they had to push is to one day later due to an unexpectedly long job but they came the next day as promised. They communicated with me by phone, email and text to let me know off the schedules and any chances. Did the work with a team of 5 and large, well-kept machines. removed the stump and removed all the debris and place was in perfect condition (minus our dead tree) when they left. final payment request came in promptly and was easy to pay online. I would hire them again without any hesitation. VERY happy with the company."

"They were quick to respond and performed the work within a week, However, that is the only nice thing I have to say. Scheduling was a bit odd (texting on Monday morning asking to come over with no notice--which I was unable to do--and then the next day cancelling at the last minute after I took time off from work to meet them). When they actually performed the work, they left a giant tree limb in my backyard, which I now somehow have to dispose of, and huge gouges in my front lawn (looks like their truck took a joy ride, despite my having more than ample driveway space). They assured me the lawn would "puff back up" when it rained, but of course it didn't, because that is not a thing. Instead, now I have nice lakes in my yard that should make for excellent mosquito feeding grounds in a few months. They promised to "send someone out" to look at the damage, but of course they didn't do that either. So in addition to paying (way too much) for tree trimming and removal, I get to pay to repair my lawn and figure out how to remove this tree limb from my yard."
