"Hi! Regal Duct Cleaning is great! Julius was super helpful, professional, and explained everything they proposed to do. They arrived at the beginning of my 3 hour start time window which was great. They called when they were about 45 min out so I had plenty of lead time. They checked the whole “air quality” system and gave me a detailed quote before starting the work. He took his time to assess the vent access points and even took apart some of the piping in the basement to ensure the full length of the vent was cleaned.
