"Not what I expected on project to remove ceiling drywall due to beam connected and need extra screws to uphold, overly price extra which I could have negotiated but husband was too quick to agree on, not happy at all. I still fixing up work done and painting. Remove exhaust fan and Door was replaced twice but ok still gap could have fixed with attention to detail. Now I really thinking Nayol was not being 100% honest with me about drylok screws I paid for are missing and different screws left after hard to tell HD they sell wrong screws. I thinking not sure I would hired back for another project if honesty a problem with me. Still I give them 3 stars for Tito works."

"We completely redid our bathroom which included changing the layout, a very complex redo of plumbing lines, new concrete bathroom floor and installation of everything new and shiny. Dave was able to turn around this scary project into a wonderfully crafted beautiful looking bathroom. He is a very super detail oriented passionate artist. The project also included demo and installation of new tiles for the passage outside the bathroom and a new sliding barn door. Unlike other contractors, we had complete freedom in selecting the materials. Dave helped us throughout this tedious process via video calls and texts. Dave also had brilliant ideas and always gave us varying cost effective options for even the tiniest details. He was very transparent and patient with us. "These guys are fanatic. We were having a renovation done. Our contractor discovered we were getting water in by our old French doors. Due to the unplanned replacement, we needed a door on very short notice. We didn't want an out of the box from a home improvement store, so we saw Royal Windows and doors. Danny was able to accommodate the timing which wasn't easy (the doors are built to order) and expedited installation. Within two weeks, our new 12 ft. Sliding door was installed. The door is great quality and it looks absolutely stunning. Royal really came through for us. 10/10 will use them for any doors we need in the future."
