"This was a big project. We have 3 - 10'x 8' sliding patio doors, the doors are extremely heavy. All required new sliding hardware, and one set of doors was frozen in place. We had a set of tracks that was severely twisted and bent. Tal assessed the project and brought in his crew to help with the removal of the panels. The process took a full day. In the end each door had been rebuilt, and all work beautifully. Thanks, Tal for a job well done."

"Guy came out took measurments and pictures. Told him exacly what I was looking for but he could not tell me what materials would be used. 2 days later another guy comes out and knew nothing of the first guy and remeasured everything and ordered parts. I re explained what I was looking and he said he got everything ordered. Parts started arriving at me house unexpectedly. a week and a half later after all the parts came in another different guy came out and knew nothing about the job. I explained again to him what I was looking for and he looked at all the parts and said they needed to order more parts. after a few days more parts came in and another guy comes out who knew nothing about the job asked me what needed to be done. I explained again. He looked at everything and saw there were no screens but decided to pick them up instead of ordering them. Owner is the nicest guy on earth and said he would give me a break on the added parts (but it did not reflect on the final bill) took them over a week to get things finally done with the owner telling me when they started putting it up should only take a couple days which may of happened if one guy would of showned up as scheduled instead of in the afternoon and only working a few hours. In the end after a couple requested adjustments I was happy with the results. Door still not set right but I will do that myself."

"When I initially purchased the package there was a timeframe specified for service or call back. This timeframe came and went and I never heard from them. I was so upset by this I wrote a review of this incident (that I now wish I could retract). After a week I called them and left a message. A short time later I was called by a representative of the company who politely listened to my story and apologized for the inconvenience but indicated the problem was not on his end that he has had this problem previously with being notified by Angie's List. He also indicated that, that was something he would resolve and we scheduled a service technician to come out the next day. The next day, I was called before the appointed time and informed that the technician was on the way; he showed up right on time. He was friendly and courteous and very professional. He looked at my door immediately found the issue I was having (a wire got disconnected from the door sensor). He promptly fixed that and performed the door tune up that I originally requested. I have added this company to my contacts list to call if I ever need a garage door serviced again. I wholeheartedly recommend them."
