I ordered many loads of their top soil and dirt mix on which to plant grass seed, and they dumped loads of what appeared to be material that was excavated from a site where a building was demolished. The loads contained about 60% crushed concrete with dozens of 20, 30, and 40-pound rocks. Also lots of other debris, such as pieces of PVC pipes, sections of steel chains, small scrap metal pieces, broken glass, and wood mixed with about 40% dry fill dirt. After I sent them pictures of what they delivered to me, they apologized and refunded the thousands of dollars I paid. Unfortunately, they refused to remove these piles of rubble from my property, and I was forced to pay a contractor to remove it."

He was very pleasant , and he told me he will do the landscape as we discussed. By February 11, my neighbors, and the president of HOH email to tell me that he has never showed up, and that the yard have grow in weed. I call Zane, and he said he will take care of it. He send me series of email that was reassuring to me that he will do the work right. On February 20th he text me that he have pinched a nerve in his neck, and shoulder, and will step away , and will not work on it. For 4 months, he took my money, and he said he will not return it. He have scammed me because I live far away, and did not know he was not working on my landscape. He said he is not returning my money back."

"They performed a video inspection of the plumbing, included with the service and provided a copy of the video. The estimate was for two truck loads. The team that performed the work were right on time as scheduled and were very pleasant and friendly. They completed the work, only using one truck load and washed and cleaned the area before leaving. The invoice was half of what we expected due to using one load instead of the planned two. Every time I called their office the staff is very pleasant. I find it was a pleasure doing business with them and will continue to do so next time I need their services."
