Herman and his team delivered on time, protected the driveway and allowed us extra time to keep detrashing to ready the house for sale. Those extra days were without additional fees! He also answered my questions while on vacation and his driver checked in periodically to see how we were doing. This was not my first rodeo with this type of equipment rental and by far this was the most agreeable and concerned provider I’ve worked with. They didn't come back to finish the project but charged $575 for cutting only two branches. He said that he cannot do it because the area where he needs to cut the branches was too dead so he couldn't get up there to cut more branches. Other company charged me only $200 but cut more branches than the company I hired from Angi."
