They explained the process in terms I understood, gave me options for roofing shingles, and gave me time to review all information without any pressure. They took time to answer all of my questions to be sure I felt comfortable moving forward. Once the crew started, the majority of the work was done in a day, and the remaining days were spent with final touches. Ensuring our stucco was repaired (AND PAINTED) where needed. They made improvements on weak design areas in the structure of our roof as opposed to just replacing shingles. "Darryl is the most patient and polite person I have met in this industry. I called several other companies and ended up working with Roof Tech. They were professional, on-time, priced well and most important...do quality work. I found two cracked tiles since they completed this job and had them come back to repair (thinking a new job). They refused to take extra payment as they considered it part of the previous job. On a side note, Darryl is "one" with his cell phone. How many times have you called someone for work only to have to call them back several times as they don't get back to you. 99.9% of the time Darryl will answer and be able to give you an estimation on when he or his team can get over to take a look/do work. He will also take the time if you are new to tile roofs to explain the important features and what to monitor. All in all, a great small company that you should consider hiring!"

"They did a good quality job and they were punctual. They were neat and cleaned up everything. I had a small leak once they were finished and it was the same leak I had before they put the new roof on. He told me he would get rid of the problem but it was not resolve. They came back and patched the roof, which I was not satisfied since they just installed a new roof. It is not leaking now, but they just put rubber cement over the crack. I spent a lot of money and did not expect to have the same problem."
