"I gotta say that when I hired this company, I did it knowing that I did not want to worry about the process at all. I wanted to be cradled in the arms of a company who has enough integrity to go the extra mile to make things right even when I don't know something is wrong. Let me explain... The quote process was awesome, Ashley was so professional and knowledgeable. I felt her focus and attention from the start, she listened to my concerns, we came to an agreement. What I loved was the price was the price, regardless of what they find when they get into the project. All their workers are their people, no subcontracting. This is important, especially if you end up having an issue it becomes a scavenger hunt as to who is responsible if the company subcontracts their workers. There were issues with getting my custom windows built due to COVID, which is totally understandable. The team communicated with me, I felt in the loop, they were also apologetic at the same time even though it wasn't their fault. Good energy. The project was slated as a 1-day project. Due to issues they found in the walls and some original builder issues they were compelled to fix, it turned into 3 days. During that time they fabricated "water caps" made of aluminum flashing the same color as my trim which should have been done by the builder 20 years ago and contributed to the water damage they found and repaired. There is no way I would have known to ask for this. No added charge whatsoever. Integrity, folks. I'll pay more for that to know my project is being done correctly. A project that I intend upon doing once in my lifetime. I encourage anyone who is getting something permanent like windows done, go with the most integrous folks you can find, they will not be the cheapest, but totally worth it. My experience with Everlasting Window and Door has made me a cheerleader for these guys. Hire them. Also I have not been incentivized in any way under the sun to write this. Be well everyone!"

"My experience with Power Remodeling has been a long and drawn out nightmare. I replaced all of my windows on April 4, 2025 and finally, on July 31, 2025 the final correct piece of window molding was completed. I have waited this long to write my review since I wanted to make sure that there were no further issues. Long story very short here: some of my window trims were mis-measured 3 times! The 4th Power employee who came to fix the molding/trim for the 3rd time, realized the pieces had continually been measured and ordered incorrectly. I have also always complained about the amount of excessive caulking they used around many of my windows. It seems like they were filling in large gaps- wide enough for my thumb to lay in them. I spoke to many polite people in the Tempe office who always assured me that any problems would be fixed. But visit after visit things were not resolved. I finally emailed corporate with my complaints. The first email they forwarded back to the Tempe office and had someone from that office call me. That was not what I requested.That gentleman had just been to my home and did not fix the issue. I was so angry and fed up with the entire situation that I requested Corporate intervention AGAIN. So I emailed corporate a second time strongly requesting someone contact me to discuss compensation for the delays, mistakes, bad installation etc. They never responded to my 2nd email. For a company who claims they have great customer service and satisfaction, to totally ignore my reaching out was the last straw. I highly suggest you think very hard about any decision to use this company. And remember that their corporate office blows you off. A horrible experience for an outrageous amount of money. I expected much better. The BBB rating is definitely very misleading. There is so much more I have to say but I am done with this company. Tread wisely."

"I was patient to wait 5 plus months to replace 3 windows at my home. But now that they got replace they did a bad job installation them. The new windows are sticking out almost a 1/4 inch out, they where flush before that, I wouldn’t hire them again did a terrible job installing them, be careful who u hire not worthed."

"Service person arrived about 10 minutes early and introduce himself and a companion person. He quickly diagnosed the nature of the problem, explained the nature of the issue and the procedure for repairing the issue. He had the window repaired and returned to proper working order in a timely manner, and demonstrated how to properly operate the window as to how to remove it from and return it to the frame. I would highly recommend this company as they did what they promised and for exactly what they stated the job would cost when making the appointment."

Mark arrived promptly on a Friday afternoon, went right to work and took care of everything we immediately needed doing. We had been looking for a professional and reliable LLC handyman in our area for quite sometime, and Mark fit the bill. Very impressed by Mark's professionalism and his kind and courteous demeanor.
