"I gotta say that when I hired this company, I did it knowing that I did not want to worry about the process at all. I wanted to be cradled in the arms of a company who has enough integrity to go the extra mile to make things right even when I don't know something is wrong. Let me explain... The quote process was awesome, Ashley was so professional and knowledgeable. I felt her focus and attention from the start, she listened to my concerns, we came to an agreement. What I loved was the price was the price, regardless of what they find when they get into the project. All their workers are their people, no subcontracting. This is important, especially if you end up having an issue it becomes a scavenger hunt as to who is responsible if the company subcontracts their workers. There were issues with getting my custom windows built due to COVID, which is totally understandable. The team communicated with me, I felt in the loop, they were also apologetic at the same time even though it wasn't their fault. Good energy. The project was slated as a 1-day project. Due to issues they found in the walls and some original builder issues they were compelled to fix, it turned into 3 days. During that time they fabricated "water caps" made of aluminum flashing the same color as my trim which should have been done by the builder 20 years ago and contributed to the water damage they found and repaired. There is no way I would have known to ask for this. No added charge whatsoever. Integrity, folks. I'll pay more for that to know my project is being done correctly. A project that I intend upon doing once in my lifetime. I encourage anyone who is getting something permanent like windows done, go with the most integrous folks you can find, they will not be the cheapest, but totally worth it. My experience with Everlasting Window and Door has made me a cheerleader for these guys. Hire them. Also I have not been incentivized in any way under the sun to write this. Be well everyone!"

"Just had a window replaced in our home in Sun City West. Hector and Gilbert were the technicians. They showed up early, were very efficient and did an excellent job! Cleaned up the area after they were done, so you wouldn't even know they were there! I highly recommend American Vision Windows for all your window replacement needs!!"

"Power has been THE WORST experience I have ever had with anyone doing work on my home. We paid over $35,000 for all new windows and doors and have been in a nightmare with these guys since June. Work crew showed up and for two days just made a terrible mess. Windows were so poorly done that we had to have 6 of them reinstalled. We ordered a huge new slider and they brought that out and left it partially installed. No hardware, not even trimmed out. They told me they could get back to my house on 9/17. You can see daylight through the slider frame. Its 110. You get the idea. They give ZERO cares...none. I have been begging and nothing! DO NOT use these guys. Contact Pella direct. Not these scammers...BEWARE!!!!!!!!"

The new windows are sticking out almost a 1/4 inch out, they where flush before that, I wouldn’t hire them again did a terrible job installing them, be careful who u hire not worthed."

"Service person arrived about 10 minutes early and introduce himself and a companion person. He quickly diagnosed the nature of the problem, explained the nature of the issue and the procedure for repairing the issue. He had the window repaired and returned to proper working order in a timely manner, and demonstrated how to properly operate the window as to how to remove it from and return it to the frame. I would highly recommend this company as they did what they promised and for exactly what they stated the job would cost when making the appointment."

"John arrived earlier than our planned meeting time. That was a plus since we don't live at the property where the work was to be done. We explained what we needed done and he was very clear on how he thought the job should be done when he could do it and about how much time it would take. We initially had him replace a gate between the back and front yards. He removed the old wooden gate. Built a new wooden and wrought iron gate. It was perfect. My husband and I were so pleased that we hired him ro remove and replace 2 medicine cabinets and installed baseboards in large bedroom. John seems to take pride in his work and it shows in the quality of his work. His work is excellent, his demeanor is professional and friendly. We have finally found our go to handyman."
