"Hello my name is Mitch. When a company does as good a job as this one they deserve a good report. I hired this company to move the contents of my motorcycle dealership. It took four tractor trailers in all. I'm not going to lie, I was reluctant in using a company like this but in the end, I couldn't have chosen a better company. They were very professional to deal with and their services were above par, I would say. Nothing in my transport was damaged. I definitely got my money's worth. I just completely recommend this company all the way around. They are a good quality outfit."

"I submitted a request to Angie s List as I was getting ready to sell our house. I was looking for a pool company to make some repairs to our pool. When I spoke to the representative from Angie s List, it was mentioned that we were moving out of state. I was told that Angie s List could assist with that as well. In response to that conversation, I received a call from Erik with Nationwide Van Lines. He represented himself as an employee of an A-Plus company that has been in business for 25-plus years. I asked Erik to give me a quote for a full-service, out-of-state move. I was very happy with the quoted price and was encouraged by Erik to go forward with a Risk Free Deposit of $1,700.00. At the time, I was only able to pay $500.00. In hindsight, I consider that a blessing! Erik emailed me the moving quote and asked that I electronically sign it at my convenience and send it back. He had already taken payment of $500.00 for a Risk Free deposit. For the record, I never did electronically sign the moving estimate. As I was contacted through Angie s List, it didn t even cross my mind that they could be scammers! About a week later, I was contacted by Brandon. He advised me that Erik had been terminated and Brandon was my new contact person. Never was it mentioned by Erik or Brandon that there was a 72-hour cancellation window. This shouldn t matter, however, as I did not electronically sign the moving estimate! As the move was approaching, I decided to call and pay the balance of my deposit. After a gut feeling, I decided to do a little more research before paying my balance. When I googled Nationwide Van Lines, I noticed a different phone number and address. I decided to call the 800 number that came up with my Google search. They answered as Nationwide Van Lines. I advised them I had an upcoming move and that I would like to work out a few details with them. When the customer service representative couldn t find my info, she advised me that I had been scammed. The real Nationwide Van Lines receives calls almost daily with horror stories of people who have been scammed by the company Nationwide Movers. The representative advised me that Nationwide Movers has been using the reputable name of Nationwide Van Lines to try and get business. They are known for lowballing the estimate to get the business, and then they greatly increase the price and use a third-party mover to complete the work. Sometimes, even holding your stuff hostage. She asked that I file a complaint with the Department of Transportation, which I did. The DOT number is for a company called EZ Moving Group DBA Nationwide Movers."

"Kings is an exceptional moving company that puts their customers first and goes above and beyond to commit with first class service. Everything was packed with care and even the coffee table glass top had a special crate built for it onsite. They are reasonably priced, trustworthy, conscientious and hardworking. "I booked United Prime Van Lines for an interstate move and canceled well within the 7-day window listed in their own contract. A representative told me I?d receive a full refund, but instead I was met with manipulative tactics designed to delay, confuse, and ultimately coerce me into signing a release form just to get my money back. They are now refusing to return my deposit unless I remove reviews and sign legal paperwork?even though they never provided any service. This is unethical and potentially illegal under consumer protection and military relief laws. They also failed to provide a fully executed copy of the contract, yet are using a screenshot of my info to claim it?s binding. When I pointed out that their own cancellation clause supports my right to a refund, they pivoted and demanded silence in exchange for reimbursement. Their pride in being listed on Angie?s List does not reflect the unprofessional and borderline predatory experience I had."
