"They were great to communicate with but the chemical spill and damage to driveway, lawn and shrubs was unacceptable and they never took responsibility for the damage or offered to compensate us for the damage they agreed they were responsible for. They lost a customer as a result and I have shared our story with many. We will look elsewhere in the future."

"We were thoroughly pleased with the service from Eco-Friendly Roof Cleaning. We got a fast, friendly response to our initial request for an estimate. Charles came out as soon as weather permitted and gave us a clear explanation of the work needed on our 15-year-old roof so it would pass muster with the insurance company. He was able to schedule us in quickly, and he was clear on what we needed to do beforehand. He and his helper did an excellent job despite the windy conditions, and they left no mess for us to deal with. His rate was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a clean roof so they can get their insurance policy renewed."
