"Charles Stewart Roofing installed new roof in my house in Forest Hills, New York about 4 year ago in 2017 with 10-year all labor and material warranty. This month during the recent storm the roof was leaking very heavily in exact same area it leaked last time that led to the installation of the new roof. I contacted Charles Stewart Roofing and provided with video of leaking with water streaming from ceiling and pictures of damaged ceiling etc. Charles promptly responded via text message promising to repair the roof. I really appreciate they used non-chlorine bleach to kill all growths. Living on a lake, it was very important to me that they not add any phosphates or chlorine to the lake water. "William and Hugh roofing came 1st for a free estimate, then within about 2 days, they were fixing my house roof and my garage roof. They put a silver heat deflecting finish over. ...it looked beautiful. Very well done. Then 2 top it off I was not home, he actually came 2 my job so that I could pay him, which I thought was super convenient because I'm a nurse and was very difficult 4 me 2 leave. "Vinny and his team at McLeod Brothers were fantastic to work with. Our new home had its original wood shake roof (100 years old) with 4 layers of asphalt shingles layered on top. Vinny was extremely communicative, honest, and diligent - he stopped by the site almost every day to check-in. His team was incredibly efficient and very hard working. With a complete roof removal and installation there is always going to be some debris around the home (old roofing and nails), but his team did an incredible job of cleaning up.
