We had them pull old carpet, put in hardwood floors, paint, put in crown molding. Paint the outside of the house, fix the garage before painting, fix the back door and front door, so they are airtight, fix the white picket fence, move the mailbox and re-post it, put in a ceiling fan, install electrical lines, paint the porch, fix some cabinets, put in a beam on the porch, and so on as part of some remodeling. I could not possibly have had all this work done if they had not been extremely reasonable. I love the guys on this team.
