He constantly inspected the work and caught things I never would have noticed—then made sure they were addressed properly, not just quickly patched. On many occasions, he voluntarily created more work for himself to ensure perfection. Even though he was frequently hands-on with the crew—prepping, painting, or overseeing progress—he always made time to communicate with me. Whether by call or text, I never waited more than an hour for a response. Dream Painting is lucky to have someone like Roberto representing them. He treated me like I was his only client and genuinely acted like he owned the company. I got five quotes before starting this project. Price is always a factor when it comes to something as major as painting the entire exterior of your home. But from my first interaction with Paul and Claire, I had a feeling this company was different—and I was 100% right. Not only did they pressure wash and thoroughly prep the entire home, but they also used top-of-the-line Dunn-Edwards paint. To my surprise, their quote actually came in as the lowest of the five. My wife and I absolutely love the final result. We will never use anyone else for painting—Dream Painting is our go-to from now on, and we’ll specifically be asking for Roberto. When I called Robert, he immediately came out that afternoon to give me a free estimate.  I was pleased that they could start work on the house the following day.  Robert was very knowledgeable about paint and we discussed colors and brand of paint that he would use.  His crew is very professional, conscientious, and they take pride in their work.  They cleaned up every afternoon and arrived on time every morning.  My two-story house was completely painted and wood replaced in five and a half days.  They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.  I appreciate the fact that they pointed out the termite damage to me so I could correctly repair the problem before it got any worse.

"The large paint crew came early and finished my one story house by 4pm. They painted the stucco, trim, siding and gates. The work was neat and professional, and the crew polite and cooperative. He came out right away. Gave me a fair estimate and told me exactly how we could get the work done with my limited budget. Then his team started and completed the job twice as fast as any of the other estimates while at the same time being totally detailed oriented and careful not to get paint on my fancy furniture or hardwood floors. Whenever we/they were confused about the paint or process and John was offsite, we called him and he dealt with it immediately. After it was done, I complained that the paint was too thin because I hung a painting and some paint came off the wall. He told me it was because it needed more time to dry because the weather was damp. Well he was right! Fast-forward two years later and I could not be more happier with the painting of my house and now I need to call him to paint my guest house!"
