Every time that I have called him he has responded quickly. 2-Promptness-Francisco arrived at the time that he said that he would and came out the same day that I called him to give me a quote. 3-Licensed-Although being licensed to maintain my lawn is not a requirement but is does offer security in the event that something happens. 4-Performance-Francisco has done an excellent job maintaining my lawn. When he finishes it looks awesome and very well manicured. I now feel that my lawn stands up well against some of the best lawns in my neighborhood. That wasn't always the case. Dependable-We agreed on a biweekly schedule and he's here on that day every other week without me having to call him. Francisco also laid border around my flower beds. He did a great job as it required cutting the durable product and nailing it down. I am very pleased with Francisco's work and I feel confident in recommending him for commercial or residential projects."
