"Brad and his team were amazing! I highly recommend them. From my first contact with Brad I was impressed. He and his team came out to the property almost immediately to assess the situation. I was in the process of purchasing the property and Brad provided an estimate within a day that so that I was able to use this info during the negotiation with the seller. Replacing knob and tube wiring is an extremely complex and difficult job that requires a very knowledgeable contractor with the right tools and a great deal of respect for the structure and integrity of the home. Brad and his team had all of these qualities and more. This job took almost 3 weeks of continuous work and effort by a team of 3 electricians. Brad and his team did an amazing job surgically rewiring the house with minimal invasion and without damaging the walls or structural integrity of the home. In the areas where the walls were opened, Brad and his team very nicely filled in the holes with onetime wall patching material which I later sanded and painted. Also, at the end of every day, the team made sure that the house was spotlessly clean. Even though we had not yet moved in, we could have lived there while this work was being completed. They kept it that clean which was impressive considering the scope of work the team had undertaken. Throughout the process, Brad and his team were a pleasant, very communicative and would consult with me on any decisions that had to be made. Brad was extremely thoughtful throughout the process and really did an amazing job at our home. As I said I would highly recommend Brad Brown for knob and tube replacement or any other less complex electrical needs."

"When doing an inspection for my new home, I had Gen3 Electric come in and perform a specific electrical inspection. The contact who visited our home Josh T. was amazing. He came in and got into the details of our electrical system. By the end of the visit he was covered in dust and had a few pages worth of notes for us. He was able to provide us with detailed information regarding what systems were in need of repair, what systems could use a repair and what systems were already OK and not in need of service. "I had new outside service and a new panel installed in my row home. Mr. Carter was very knowledgeable about old row house wiring. He arrived at the time he stated, took down the old (50+ years) wiring coming into the house from the street, replaced my old breaker (panel) box and labeled the switches (which switch turned the electric on and off in each room). He and his assistant were very pleasant, worked very efficiently, explained the work being done and answered the many questions I had regarding old row homes and electrical wiring.
