But sometimes it was tough communicating the issues for they have a general e-mail address that you never know who is going to answer, fairly I like the documentation aspect that e-mail provides. I'd think it pretty common for each person in the office to have and email address, so this 'general inbox' caused alot of back and forth that wasn't necessary. If I had to do it all over again, and I absolutely would with TVE. Id get a more concrete contract up front that outlined completion dates and specific Service Level Agreements that outline response times. People , process , product may sound familiar. TVE has two out of three perfected, if they just fix that process part .. well , unstoppable"
