"They've mowed, dethatched, reseeded, edged, pruned pear tree and arborvitae hedge.  Also power washed our brick patio and applied very nice hemlock to our beds.  If I need some aspect of yard care they're right there to help.  Also contribute design ideas! <br /> Of course some of what I've listed is in addition to the basic lawn care price of $113 a month which is the cost for someone who signs up for their services on an annual basis.  They do an excellent job and are reasonable priced. "The job went very smoothly for us. We were impressed immediately with the knowledge of Efron, our estimator and contact throughout the job. He suggested alternatives and ways to make the area in the back yard more useable without needing to buy more materials, just using what we already had. We never felt like he was trying to sell us anything we didn't want or ask for, and he was sure to let us know which things needed to be taken care of sooner vs. later. We only waited a week or so after signing the contract and making a downpayment for the work to begin. All the work was completed within a week. At completion and at various times during the job, Efron walked one of us around to make sure we knew what they were doing. In the end the retaining walls and walkway turned out great, and the stairway down the side is more beautiful than we ever imagined it would be when we started the process. We plan to use them again because we were so happy with the work that was done."

Dean and the crew kept us updated on the status and answered our questions. They worked during rainy weather, which resulted in a muddy yard while they worked and when they were done. They told us that they were going to seed the lawn for us so that it would look nicer. Dean showed me the programmer, which he had set since rain wasn't in the forecast, and said he would be available for questions. I called Dean a couple of days later when one of the drip lines had a leak. He arrived within an hour and fixed the line. <br /> We had gotten one other estimate, and Graham's was more than $2,000 less. Dean gave us the 5% Angie's List discount before we could even ask for it! <br />"

"Was informed that Brian would come by today to give an estimate to repair or replace gutter damaged by large branch falling. <br /> Brian and Rick showed up around 12:30 PM, looked at the gutter and repaired it right then for no cost! <br /> That's customer service at it's best!!!! <br /> Repair took about 10 minutes. <br /> Next time I need Gutter work, Dr. Cutter guy will be the one I call. <br />"
