"RoRo Landscaping trimmed 90 feet of 20+ year-old Laurel hedge for me. The hedge was 10 feet high at each end and shorter in the middle. Rodrigo cut back the height on both ends and the overall width. He gave me a free estimate and showed up on the day he said he would. RoRo’s expert cutting, cleanup and professional attitude give me confidence to call on them again, if I have other landscaping projects. Here are pictures of the hedge, before and after trimming. My wife and I are very happy we chose RoRo Landscaping for this project. "

"Great all around. If you use this company ask that Jesus Munoz be assigned to manage the job. He handled a large and complicated roofing project with complete competence and professionalism. He regularly consulted with us on an ongoing basis and we appreciated his suggestions and advice on troubling issues like being sure our skylights were properly installed. The company sent a crew that made it possible to finish the job in only two days and leave our property cleaner than it was when they arrived."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"They need to improve their intake process. I live at a condo community and needed a light post light bulb changed out; provided photo, address and map with details. The technician arrived without supplies, didn't call to inform he was onsite and brought the wrong size ladder. Had another issue with a landscape light. Sent two emails with no response even though it's under warranty. Waited over a month for a response for another issue. I was told that it's normal to wait 1-2 weeks as they also deal with urgent matters. Overall, too difficult to work with and invoices are not detailed with light bulb information or product information. They provide free quotes over email. When I complained about the technician, they were unapologetic. Basically said pay the invoice and move on."
