"We had a 25 year old deck 14X16 I final had to give in and have it replace with a New Patio...Silvers Concrete was priced fairly...They used a drone to get overhead of my backyard which helped my see the new patio in place before the old deck was removed...Very helpful...Silvers removed the old deck and replaced it with a new 20X20 Patio with curved front and two wedding cake steps...What a bunch of hard working guys on the crew we had...I spent the whole day watching and asking a few questions...Everything was done First Rate...Started At 9AM Finished At 7PM.Day One...Old deck gone and hauled away...New patio and steps framed, poured, and smoothed in to shape...All trash and construction burden gone...Came back the next day spent 2 hours Backfilling and Reinforcing the outside edge of the concrete and then seed the whole area...Best Group of Concrete Guys I've Ever Worked With...I'm not a Pro but over the years I've had concrete work done...around 5 or 6 times... "Of the six or eight companies from which I received quotes, Armored Floors was the ONLY one that actually provided references, even though three others said they would. I spoke to two high-end contractors and one private-residence customer and all three raved about Armored Floors and the owner, Tammy. A certificate of insurance was provided as soon as I requested it. Overall, Armored Floors was prompt, professional, and careful. There was virtually no odor during/after installation. The crew were Tammy's employees, not subcontracted workers. The cleanup was perfect and the crew answered my questions fully. My cost was higher than average (by about $500) because I requested a moisture barrier which is not always necessary; however, for the exceptional result and full warranty, I believe my money was very well spent. The work included repair of cracks, repair of concrete subfloor in some areas, and removal of oil (see before photo#1030147). My garage floor looks amazing (see after photo #1000061) and because of the full flake granite system and decorative flakes, the floor is not at all slippery. "The Foundation Doctor did a great job! Don appeared to be very knowledgeable about foundations and drainage issues. He gave some very helpful suggestions, and actually recommended that we do less work than we thought we might have to do. There were a few delays in the process due to weather and other circumstances that Don couldn't foresee or control, but he kept us informed about the process--and delays--along the way. His team did some repointing of mortar for us which was a little messy. When we asked Don about this, he and his team came back to our home and cleaned things up pretty well. We were very pleased with the work Foundation Doctor did, and have found that it pretty much corrected our basement water problem. We have been managing that for many years, so we wish we had called them sooner!"

"Hired Timberseal to strip, clean and stain (spray/brush method) Shadowbox Wood (cedar) Fence. The company has its own stain product which (based on previous customers) has its good life span after applied. The job was assigned to two technicians (Justin and Justin) who worked from beginning to the end of the project. Proper protection methods were used to prevent potential over spray. Job was done timely. This team did great job in timely manner. They cleaned job site afterwards. Would hire them again in the future, because they were very detailed, and professional."

"Isabel was patient with me, meeting with me several times to discuss what needed to be done. He also met with the insurance adjuster and the engineer the insurance company sent out. While the insurance company did not pay a claim, they did provide agreement with Isabel aas to how to do the repairs. When I got past the sticker shock, then pulled together the funds, Isabel and his men came and did the job. Isabel took time regulary to show me exactly how things were and also explain to me what he was doing. We consulted together, and were able to save some money in the process which savings he passed on to me. His employees were all cordial, hard working, and diligent. I have not seen any collateral damage from sloppiness or carelessness. A couple little things unrelated to the main job came up or were observed by him and they were addressed at no additional charge. In the process of the job, I had occasion to talk to others in general construction work and everyone I spoke to about Isabel James of Shelbyville said they either knew him or had heard of him and everyone had nothing but good things to say about him. The only thing left to do in a couple days is pressure washing once the mortar sets. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with the work."
