Working on a budget, they came up with a beautiful design solution and they clearly delivered with the final product. Whatâ s more, they delivered on time and in budget and we couldnâ t be any happier. Most notable is that there had been a miscommunication on a part of the project and I expected the typical contractor pushback. Instead, I was contacted within 30 minutes of my call and they committed to take care of the situation without the typical pointing of fingers attempting to hold the customer accountable. "I am more than happy with the work done by TVO! The 3 workers did a beautiful job paving and installing the fire pit, even in the rain! They came when they said they would, much sooner than anyone else, and they were done by the end of the week! They cleaned up everything and reseeded the grass. Ty was wonderful crunching the numbers for us. He also came to the house every day while the work was being done, answering all questions and making sure the workers had everything they needed. I am already planning on hiring them again for another back yard project!"
