"We hired Richard for tree removal in our backyard and paid a premium price with the expectation of professional service and care. Unfortunately, the experience left us very disappointed. During the process, significant damage was done to our pepper garden, which never recovered, and to our raised garden bed, which had to be replaced at our own cost this year. Last summer, Richard acknowledged the damage and assured us multiple times that he would replace the raised garden bed, but never followed through. Additionally, the removal of the second tree left two large, now dead, hanging branches that is an eyesore in our backyard. And lastly, the "removal" of a tree for them meant placing logs of the tree by our fire pit for us to deal with. We reached out and gave ample opportunity for Richard to respond and make things right before posting this review. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and follow-through speaks volumes. We would not recommend this company based on our experience."
