"We had been customer for over 2 years with Northwest and had for the most part had a good experience, until our last service in late July. We received a phone call in early July asking when they could provide service on the home and I requested that they postpone the scheduled service  date, as I was going to be out of town on business, and to call me towards the end of July to discuss what date would work for us. I never heard from them in late July and then in early August I received a bill for $99. I called the office and was told that service had been performed on the home in late July. They never called me to confirm a date and time, there was no invoice or notice of service performed on the home (either left on our door or mailbox) and therefore I cancelled my agreement with them. One of the reasons I wanted to be at the home during their service was because I wanted the service to be performed inside the home, not outside... They made no attempt to rectify the situation or work with me on a solution (such as an apology or a re-visit to service inside the home).."
