"Walter JR explain and repaired generator"

"I wanted to have a good experience with this company, but the overall service fell short. The electrical work itself seems to have been done well, but the communication, cleanup, and attention to detail were disappointing. After the job, wood shavings were left behind, insulation was not put back, and I was only told the day of the project that I needed to make several requests through Duke Energy. That would have been helpful to know ahead of time, especially since I was at work. There was also a drywall cut made for an outlet where the cover plate does not fully cover the mistake. They do not handle drywall repair, but we agreed on some money back so I could hire someone else to fix it. I felt like I had to inspect everything myself and bring up issues that should have been addressed proactively. I also believe some of my own Klein tools may have been taken by mistake, and I never received a response after reaching out."

"4th generation family business. Very knowledgable. Will come back in a year to check things out."

"He was thorough and detailed. Inspected my whole unit and repaired everytnhing that needed to be. He corrected the mistaked that the other company made. Pleasant to be around. Called one day and he came the next and got it all done. Thanks"

"Kept me informed on when he would be here. As he discovered problems with our electrical system, he showed my husband what they were and gave his recommendations. While the basis of our problem was on Duke Power's end, he did some repairs to things on our side that would strengthen the power company's repair and keep it from failing on our side. Was very happy with the service he provided."
