"Called the owner and told her what I needed. She said everything could be done that I asked for. The cleaner was late. I started going over the rooms to be done. We came to the trophy room. And she said that she won?t clean dead animals on the wall. I told the owner that I wanted this done and she said no problem. The cleaner asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner, cleaning gloves and a mop. Really! She said she was new doing this. She did bring a stick vacuum and used it for the basement stairs. I walked by and it smelled like wet dog. She said that she purchased it from a lady that had dogs. She didn?t finish dusting in several rooms. I just couldn?t believe it. Then to top everything thing else She didn?t mop right She left the floor very wet in places. Causing significant damage to the floors. Over $8,000. The cleaner was insured and I did get the money. We now have unified walkways integrated with a raised bed garden in a beautiful color way that properly drains water away from the house’s foundation. Also thanks to Connor’s knowledge of hardscaping and observation of parking issues on our property, the paved area near the driveway was installed to handle the weight of a car driving over it.
