"Not very well. There was a LOT of overspray, and they were messy. The spray they used was very thinly layered, and left many unpainted patches. We had them come back several times to clean up the overspray and deal with the open missed areas, but I kept finding more and more. Eventually just gave up and cleaned up their mess myself. I wouldn't recommend these guys."

I first contacted him in October to have this one in the early part of January and circumstances presented themselves that I had to keep postponing it but he was very easy to work with. He accepted extending the time period to get this work completed. The estimate was originally three days but he completed all the work in two days. He was very thorough in making sure that the premises or protected from paint overspray and he left it in a very immaculate condition."

"My 1,860 square foot adobe brick house and patio wall were in bad need of repair and painting. Much of the paint had peeled and portions of the brick needed repair. I requested several bids including one from Top Tier (“TT”). What initially caught my attention was TT’s choice of three options bases on which Sherwin Williams paint was selected. Their “Duration” paint came with a TT 10-year color warranty against fading. Further, Fernando Orduno, who owns and operates TT with his wife Nataly, impressed me with his detailed proposal and knowledge and attention to the project. Fernando assigned two experienced young employee brothers to the job. Under Fernando’s close supervision they worked tirelessly for days to scrape and repair the brick where needed. Fernando examined the work each day and pointed out areas that needed further attention. The project took a total of eleven days to complete due to meticulous attention to detail and Fernando’s high standards. TT worked as long as necessary to achieve the excellent outcome demanded by Fernando. I am very pleased with the outcome and recommend you request a bid from TT if your house needs painting."
