He provided clear and concise quotes for other projects I asked him to address. He emailed a very user-friendly agreement to sign and there was absolutely no pressure to sign. His Crew was Professional and went right to work and wasted no time getting my repairs completed. They worked on my Barn the day before Thanksgiving and headed for Family in Texas once my repairs were completed. I appreciate them very much and hope they had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Mother Nature tested their work the very next day and I experienced NO leaks or loose metal rattles! It was a great feeling! Thank you to Simon Roofing! The workers cleaned everything up before leaving and the gutter guys replaced my gutters to my satisfaction. (they even came back and extended a gutter that I wanted) My roof past inspection with out and issues. PRQ were very considerate of my neighbors, even asking them if there was any garbage or complaints they may have. I would use PRQ again if I needed any work done on my house/roof."

"We had gutters put on our home by another company that did not do a good job at all. They we unlevel and you could see this from the street. Colorado Construction came in and did the job all in one day and even ensured that we liked what we had done prior to leaving. They have followed up several times to see if we were still satisfied.
