"Without looking at the ants, my apartment manager wrongly informed me that I had odorous ants and said Terro was all I needed to get rid of my ant problem. However, two months in and those ants were multiplying. Living with them has been horrible. I had to keep the bedroom door shut so they could not expand into the rest of my apartment. My last straw was when I had moved out of my bed because I had an ant crawling on my bed with me still in it. I took a deep breath, paid off my credit card, and took the plunge to hire pest control. Forrest Seabourn worked with me and was very communicative and flexible. We worked out a deal because treatment was for only one apartment unit and not an entire complex. He was very knowledgeable and reached out to me very quickly. This was my first time hiring this service and he patiently explained the process and all my other questions. You cannot go wrong with hiring him. We scheduled him from 9:30am-10:00am and when I had a schedule conflict and needed him after 10am he was very accommodating. However, he did arrive at 11:15am without much explanation. He quickly identified that I had carpenter ants, not odorous ants but quickly assured me his treatment would take care of them. He said it would take 3-5 days for the carpenter ants who first touched the spray to die but I stopped seeing ants within 2 days. My next door neighbor was concerned because we shared a wall and he has cats he didnâ t want exposed to or harmed by the spray. Forrest was very kind in explaining that the active ingredient is nicotine and that it is not toxic to children or pets. If we touched it while wet, we only needed to wash our hands with soap and water. Forrest also explained that only the UV lights would break down the effectiveness of the spray, so although the outside spray on the perimeter of my unit might only work for two weeks instead of six, the inside spray should last longer. He worked with me on if a second treatment would be needed but felt as if with the amount of ants he saw, one treatment should take care of this satellite colony. It was still reassuring and helpful to know I had a second option if my ant issue resurfaced. Having ants in my bedroom has been a very stressful situation for the last two months and I am so glad to have my bedroom and my life back."

"This was a spectacular bargain! My indoor cat got outside and contracted fleas. I was leery when the technician showed up with a can of spray. He did a thorough spraying which got rid of the fleas. Great job, very satisfied."
