There was a language barrier that made discussing things difficult. We have a beautiful set of antique glass dishes and the lady broke one of the glasses and never said a word. She must have taken it with her because it is gone. What they did do looks good but one of the things agreed to before hand was for the ovens to be cleaned ( we have 2).
