"**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I couldn't be happier with the work Prime Property Repair and Renovation did on my home. After significant foundation repairs, I needed several stucco cracks repaired, and they handled the project professionally from start to finish. They didn't just patch the cracks—they reinforced the repairs, matched the existing stucco texture, and did an outstanding job matching the color so everything blended naturally with the house. What impressed me most was their communication and commitment to quality. They kept me informed, answered every question, and went above and beyond our original agreement to make sure every detail was right. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. They clearly take pride in their work. I highly recommend Prime Property Repair and Renovation and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"I went over the fence repairs with Alex Salazar, and he gave me a price for the work and materials of $500 cash. He arrived on time on Dec 14th and completed the repair, which took about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I checked the work and complained that the gate he built was leaning. He came back on 12/18 and said that the fence post to which he had attached the gate was rotted at the bottom and would have to be replaced. I do not know why he did not notice this when he did the original repair?? Anyway, he said he will return tomorrow to replace the fence post to which the new gate is attached. This cost me an added fee, but he did show up on 12/24/21 and did the job, also installing a gate latch."
