Very clean , equipment is well taken care of and his appearance is that of someone that has pride in his work.. He asks questions about your needs and doesn't assume to make decisions about items that are needed. Very respectful of your property. Diesn't leave tools or working pieces lying around. Cleans up the work area at night as best he can so you have a place that's as close to normal as possible.
