Tim brought his team to do a major lawn cleanup and gutter cleaning for me even though my home is out of their general service range. They did an exceptional job; very thorough, hard working, professional, friendly and courteous. Tim went out of his way to do this job knowing I would soon be having surgery and lengthy recovery. He didn't have to accept this job but he did. He's a hardworking professional and I give him the highest recommendation."

""I had a disappointing experience with Gulf Breeze Enterprises when I hired John & Janet Hartranft to resurface my pool. Unfortunately, during the process, my pool and light were damaged. What made matters worse was that I had already paid them in full. When I approached them about the damage, they gave me an unsatisfactory response, likening it to not being able to predict when your car breaks down and essentially disavowing responsibility for the pool light. "My experience with Perkins Concrete, from the initial estimate to the final inspection, was very positive. I received 4 estimates to replace the cracked, pitted, sunken concrete floor in my 97-year-old detached garage. Warren Perkins was the only contractor who addressed protecting the building's foundation. Both Warren and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, and everything went as scheduled. My garage was not a big job, only 400 square feet, yet Warren communicated throughout the process. There were no surprises. As I hoped, the floor sloped very slightly downward to the outside. Also, as requested, the final floor was very smooth and ready for polishing/sealing. See before and after pics for comparison. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Their workmanship and attention to detail are very impressive. I highly recommend Perkins Concrete and would hire them again."
