I initially signed up for bi-weekly lawn maintenance and they went once, told me my grass was dead and there was nothing to do, yet charged me for the service. Following that, I had sent numerous requests for a quote on some front yard landscaping, which they said they would do and never followed up. I sent repeated messages with no response. There are other companies that provide better service and are far more responsive. This experience was highly disappointing and I have canceled all services with them."
