"Ana was wonderful She came to give me an honest estimate on the Sunday before to the minute she said she v would arrive. She accommodated my work schedule. I had been in 2 totalled car accidents in the past 2 1/2 years and was in and out of the hospital for that time period. I was unable to keep up with housekeeping to the pointvi was overwhelmed. Ana and her 2 other crew came and stayed 5 1/2 hours and did a fantastic job They worked non stop and took no breaks. "SpeedyCleaners was the best. My house looks great. Mobility ad health issues the past five years had caused my home to become an absolute mess. Walls, floors, kitchen, etc had become unmanageable for me. I hated living here. But no more! I don't want to leave. Everything is cleaner than it ever was. My kitchen is pristine. My husband says it looks like they removed my 30 year old stove and installed a new one. I hit the jackpot with Marie. I have never experienced a better cleaner in my life and I have had some wonderful housecleaners in the past. Chris worked hard to accommodate my schedule and over a three day period a transformation occurred. I cannot be happier. This was worth every penny. "Overall, I was satisfied with the results, and I contacted and booked them to come back and do some additional cleaning in the Sanctuary. I contacted Speedy Solutions, after you gave me the info. I booked them to come out on Wednesday, 2026Mar25. They sent me an agreement for $150 for 2 hours minimum. And said the oven should take about 2 hours or the technician would decide if it would take longer before they start. They sent me an authorization form, for my permission to allow them to charge, $154.50 in advance, to my credit card that they had on file. However: they did not show up on Wednesday, as I waited for them. So after 30 minutes, I called and they said the technician had some issues and maybe we can schedule for tomorrow, 2026Mar26. Thursday morning, the technican arrived 30 min early and after I arrived at we enter the Church about 11:45am, we walked around in the kitchen and took pictures. I asked her do you see anything else that needs clean, and she said, its pretty clean. I then left the Kitchen and when to practise in the Santuary. Then I received a call from another technician who said they were outside. And I told them that another technician is already here, but I will come out side to meet her. When we entered the kitchen, the other first technician was not there and had gone to buy additional supplies. When she arrived, they called the office to explain the double booking of tech's. The tech's were told that they could divide and concur and finish quicker. I asked is it going to cost me more money and they both said it shouldn't. At 1:50 pm, I returned to the Kitchen, where I saw the first tech sweeping the floor and the second tech texting on her phone. The oven cleaned and I was very pleased. They did a nice job. And I thanked them. They sent me a final receipt. I then called them to book them to do some additional work for us in the Sanctuary. A couple of days later, I checked my Credit card statement, and noticed and additional $328.57 charged to me from Speedyclean at 2:30am on 2026Mar26. The next day I called Speedyclean and inquired about the additional charges. They told me that there were 2 techs on the job and it took 2 hours. I told them that I asked on site, would it cost more money and they said no. I also asked, why didn't they notifiy me and send another agreement about the new charges, they said they discussed it with the management and will give me and hour credit on my next job. After I reviewed my credit card statment again, I saw that they have taken the original $154.50 plus another $328.57 = $483.07 or ($483/$75) = 6.44 hrs. If they couldn't finish the job in 2 hrs, why didn't they call, text or email me in advance or in progress. They arrived an 12:45 pm and left at 2:00 pm which is 2 hr and 15 min., not 6.44 hour. If they were trying to do the right thing, they could have at least , returned the $154.50 dollars. I was all set to give these guys 5 stars. I never liked paying for a job before it done. But I blindly trusted these guys. Please make this right for my Church."

"I believe they have not been in business for a period of time. Sean is the owner and a good customer service listener. But him and his workers needs more training and attention to what they are working with. (example: when the box states fragile or this side up) Because when it goes to storage the client does not know if they property is damage until, they remove it from storage. Which could be months or years. And they must know how to place it for storage. If your price is compatible with the more experience companies you must make some changes. And if you are going to charge a customer for supplies, please let them know before the job is done. Which effects the bottom line when competing with other moving companies."
