"Poor Workmanship & No accountability. I hired Creation & Renovation ~2.5 years ago for a $25,000+ backyard project. It looked good at first, but now multiple areas are failing. My pavers are sinking and separating because they were installed over crushed sprinkler lines, which compromised the base. They attempted repairs once, but the same issues returned. Several pavers are loose, uneven, and unsafe. The artificial turf I paid a premium for is also lifting and separating across a large area?clearly poor materials or installation. When I reached out, I was told it?s ?out of warranty,? which is unacceptable given how quickly everything deteriorated. The owner?s son comes across as friendly upfront, but there?s no accountability when problems arise. Overall, the work does not hold up, and customer service is disappointing. I would not recommend them"

One thing I really appreciated was how he consulted with me along the way before moving on to the next step, he made sure I was happy with what had been completed and that what he was building matched what I had envisioned. That level of attention and collaboration made a big difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in what he does. He was eager to take on the project and stayed engaged every step of the way, which made the whole experience much smoother. Any small concerns I had were handled respectfully, and he made an effort to make things right. That kind of accountability goes a long way and is hard to find. "I don’t usually write reviews, but my experiences with NCG Landscape & Lawn Maintenance were so exceptional that I felt compelled to share. I have been utilizing them for the past 3 years for all of my landscaping needs. The earlier jobs were smaller – installing French drains, etc. However, the job just completed was vey large. I had all of my sod replaced, old landscaping torn out and over 100 plants installed, and my irrigation system overhauled. Their team was incredible. All of them were extremely knowledgeable and hard working as well as polite and personable. Morné is the most responsive company owner I’ve ever dealt with. He would respond after hours and on weekends. He was always on top of things. I strongly recommend them for all your landscaping needs. Repair work performed under warranty, but problem persisted ? Vendor disappeared thereafter without fixing the problem ? Had to spend thousands extra to get repair done by a different vendor ? This company seems to keep changing their name frequently ? Be very cautious"

"I highly recommend Central Florida Exterior Solutions for your drainage needs. They installed an underground drainage system around the exterior of my house using 6" PVC pipes, connected my downspouts to it, installed drainage grates throughout my backyard, and then installed a discharge outlet in my front yard. After the drainage pipes were installed, they brought in several trailers of dirt and regraded my rear yard to prevent water flowing towards my house. They also installed a retention wall at the rear exit of my house. I was more than happy with the entire team, and I developed a great relationship with the owners Dalton and Zach. Again, I highly recommend Dalton and Zach for all of your exterior needs."
